Return Policy

30 Day Return for Refund or Replacement

If experiencing hardware functionality issues during warranty period, please contact us here with as many details as you can provide relating to the problem. We will see if a simple solution is available, otherwise we will initiate a return.

Return Instructions: To obtain warranty service or to request return or exchange for your item you will need RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To obtain a RMA number for items purchased from eN-Tech, contact us with your order number requesting a return with the reason for the return included. Return requests for reasons explicitly excluded in the eN-tech Limited Warranty Statement will be rejected.

Terms: All RMA will expire in 10 business days from date of issuance. Any returned product arriving past the date of expiry will be rejected and sent back to the sender. Items not approved, as indicated by eN-Tech.us upon customer request, will be rejected if sent or may be shipped back to the sender at a later time. Please make sure RMA number is properly referenced somewhere on the shipment and on each individual box if items from same RMA number are being shipped separately or individually. Failure to do so can and will result in delays in providing a resolution.
